Introduction

The Wall Mounted line equipment is specifically designed for Telecom applications. The Wall Mounted line is innovative in air conduction and footprint, with technology that improves performance, flexibility, and efficiency. It is an independent air conditioning unit that meets the climate control needs for mission-critical environments. The cooling capacity range is 7 kW to 17.5 kW.

• Standard Features: Direct-drive fan, SH (High Sensible Heat Factor), Scroll compressor, proportional condensation control, service valves, and low-noise fan. For accessories and options, please refer to the Technical Commercial Catalog. All solutions offered by Indústrias TOSI Climatização de Precisão use the eco-friendly refrigerant R407c.
• Applications: Data centers, telecom, vault rooms, electrical rooms, battery rooms, and small to medium-sized environments with high sensible heat dissipation.

Introduction

The Split line is designed for environments where space is limited, developed for applications with above-ceiling air ducts or direct air discharge. The system is available in various configurations, including air-cooled, water/glycol-cooled, and chilled water, operating independently of other building systems. The cooling capacity range is 3.5 kW to 17.5 kW, with two evaporator fan options: Sirocco or Plenum Fan (direct-drive EC radials).

• Standard Features (Evaporator): Direct-drive fan, HMI display (Portuguese interface), open communication protocol, humidification, reheat, and SH (High Sensible Heat Factor).
• Standard Features (Condenser): Scroll compressor, proportional condensation control, service valves, and low-noise fan. Indústrias TOSI solutions use eco-friendly fluids R407c and R410a.

Introduction 

The RACKPlug line is designed for cooling server racks, functioning as an independent air conditioning unit installed between racks to increase reliability and layout flexibility in Data Centers. Developed for high heat density scenarios and space constraints, this line is innovative in air management. Cooling capacity ranges from 11 kW to 35 kW.

• Standard Features (Evaporator): Scroll compressor, Inverter Plenum Fan (direct-drive EC radials), Electronic Expansion Valve (EEV), HMI display (Portuguese interface), open communication protocol, service valves, humidification, reheat, and SH (High Sensible Heat Factor).

Introduction

Floor-mounted Indirect Expansion (CW) unit, available in “Downflow” and “Upflow” configurations. Cooling capacities range from 7 kW to 211 kW, featuring 2-way or 3-way actuated valves.

Specifications 

The TOSI line is designed for the best cost-benefit ratio in the market, longer service life, superior operating performance, and ease of maintenance. These are compact, low-cost units of proven quality, featuring high-efficiency compressors, high-performance heat exchangers, and premium refrigeration components. Suitable for various applications including shopping centers, offices, hotels, commercial buildings, and industrial processes. The units consist of a galvanized steel profile structure with removable panels for easy maintenance access. The galvanized steel panels are powder-coated with epoxy paint, cured at 210ºC for excellent corrosion resistance, and feature thermo-acoustic insulation made of self-extinguishing polystyrene (F1) or other materials upon request, with joints sealed by self-adhesive synthetic sponge rubber.

Floor-mounted Direct Expansion (DX) equipment available in “Down Flow”, “Up Flow”, and “Room” (above-floor supply) mounting arrangements. The cooling capacity range is from 7 kW to 106 kW, with single circuit, dual circuit, or Inverter options.
